Information about the ordering process:
The following explains the steps you need to take to place an order on www.leftilinks.de.
1. Shopping cart / order overview
Select the products you wish to order by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. This will place your selection in the shopping cart. You can change your selection at any time before submitting your order by changing the number of products, clicking on the “X” icon, entering a zero (‘0’) in the quantity field to delete the selection, or simply canceling the order process. Click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to the next step of the order process.
2. Authentication
If you wish to place an order, you must enter your name, email address, and full address in the fields provided on the checkout page. If you want a different delivery or billing address, you can select this and specify it in the next step. All payment methods listed here are available to you.
3. Selecting the payment method
You can now select your preferred payment method and review the selected products once more. By clicking on the “Buy now” button (for PayPal and ApplePay payment methods) or “Review order” (for credit card and Klarna payment methods), you can then complete your order and make the payment.
If any of the details are incorrect, you can correct them by reviewing them. If you want to correct any input errors after completing the order process, simply send us an email at info@leftilinks.de. We will then correct the input errors manually if possible.
4. Completion of the ordering process
Once you have completed your order, you will immediately see an order confirmation and be given the option to track your order.
You will also receive an email summary of your order: This email contains the selected products, shipping time, shipping and billing address, and your contact details. The terms and conditions, payment information, and cancellation policy will also be provided again.
Once we have processed your order and the products are on their way to you, you will receive another email informing you that your order has been completed. This email constitutes the purchase contract for the items you have ordered. A printout of the invoice is included with your delivery.

The contract language available to you is German only.
Information about the storage of the contract text
The contract text is stored by the seller in digital form for the purpose of processing the contract and is retained for 3 years. The contract text is also sent to the customer by email immediately after conclusion of the contract, including all contractual terms and conditions. The customer can access the contract text here as long as the customer has saved this email in their inbox. If the customer needs the contract text after they have already deleted the email, the customer can request the contract text within 3 years of the conclusion of the contract at info@leftilinks.de. The provider will then send the contract text to the customer again.
